Biography
Dr. Jelena Rutkovska graduated from the Riga Medical Academy (currently – Riga Stradina University) in the specialisation of a physician, as well as Riga Beauty School of J. Asars in the specialisation of a Cosmetologist. Certified dermatovenerologist by the Latvian Association of Dermatovenerologists.
During her long-standing practice in the field of dermatology Dr.Rutkovska constantly reinforces new knowledge, including in the field of mesotherapy, revitalization, work with fillers from Juviderm, Princess, Mezoestetique, Aesthetic Dermal et al. Injectables, PRP (Plazmolifting).
