How does CRISTAL Fit technology work?

The effect of the procedure is provided by the High Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (HI-EMMS) technology. The powerful CRISTAL Fit® applicators generate a magnetic field that stimulates the abdominal, leg or buttock muscle areas to involuntary, continuous and therefore extremely effective contractions. The treatment is easy and painless for the patient. After just a few sessions, you can see a clear increase in muscles and a change in silhouette.

CRISTAL Fit technology uses a focused electromagnetic field that interacts with motor neurons to induce involuntary and intense muscle contractions. These are similar to sports exercises such as abdominal crunches and buttock squats. How is the CRISTAL Fit procedure performed?

The CRISTAL Fit device has two applicators working simultaneously. Their ergonomic design ensures comfortable treatment with maximum efficiency.
Before the procedure, the specialist fixes the electromagnetic applicators on the patient’s body, in the area to be corrected. As soon as the procedure begins, muscle contractions are stimulated, performed in accordance with the selected program.
After the end of the procedure, the patient feels some muscle fatigue, similar to the sensations after intense exercising.

How long does the CRISTAL Fit procedure take?

On average, a CRISTAL Fit session lasts 30-40 minutes per area. During the procedure, you can read a book, listen to music, or just relax.

Are there any contraindications or side effects after the procedure?

High-intensity magnetic stimulation and muscle shaping treatments are completely safe and affect only muscle tissue.
Procedures cannot be performed if there are metal objects in the treatment area (piercing, implants, copper plates, a pacemaker, infusion pump elements, etc.), as well as in case of heart condition, epilepsy, pregnancy.

Is the procedure painful?

The CRISTAL Fit procedure is absolutely painless. The induced electromagnetic field activates motor neurons, causing contractions. However, unlike electrical stimulation, CRISTAL Fit does not activate pain receptors, thus the intensity can increased and better results are achieved, without pain.
Normal sensations after the procedure – there could be a muscle tension, like after an intense workout.

Can I return to normal activities after a session?

After the session, you can return to your normal routine. The procedure is not painful, does not traumatize the tissues, does not cause discomfort after the procedure and does not require any rehabilitation time after the procedure.

Is CRISTAL Fit safe and does it have any side effects?

The CRISTAL Fit procedure is painless and completely safe. This technology only stimulates the muscles and does not affect any other adjacent tissues. The side effects are superficial, such as muscle fatigue comparable to intense athletic training. They disappear naturally within 12-48 hours.

How many procedures are necessary to achieve the result?

The course of procedures is built depending on the patient and their needs, but, as a rule, it is recommended to carry out 6 to 8 sessions on the selected area in order to obtain the desired results.

When will the result be visible? Is it permanent?

After a course of CRISTAL Fit procedures, muscle mass increases, muscles take shape, and the body shape is transformed. After optimal results are achieved, a balanced diet and regular exercise are recommended.

Since muscle formation occurs during sleep, it is especially important to monitor your lifestyle and get enough sleep during the course of CRISTAL Fit treatments.
