The progressive methodology of plasma treatment and rejuvenation will help the clinic’s patients solve dermatological problems such as skin ageing and hair loss.
Blood plasma injections is the latest trend of aesthetic and regenerative medicine. This method, involving platelet rich plasma injections derived from a patient’s own blood, is based on the regeneration ability of our body’s cells.
The use of platelet rich blood plasma is one of the greatest achievements of modern regenerative and aesthetic medicine. In recent years, this trend has been actively developing in the scientific world and is being actively implemented in various fields of medicine.
The platelets have a significant role in body and tissue regeneration. Through growth factors they stimulate the proliferation and growth of damaged tissue. The increased concentration of platelets in the blood enhance tissue regeneration and scar healing. A healing effect is achieved when the platelet concentration is increased several times, reaching 1 million/µl (normal concentration 150-350 thousand/µl).
Blood plasma with increased amount of platelets have a healing, regenerative and rejuvenating effect on tissue. This plasma contains 3 to 5 times more growth factors, cytokines, and biologically active proteins than whole blood.
Growth factors — natural human proteins that can stimulate the growth, proliferation and differentiation of cells. They include platelet growth factor, transforming growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor, epithelium growth factor, etc.
Rejuvenation with plasma is a unique method for face skin rejuvenation, which is based on the use of a patient’s own blood plasma. The infusion of platelet rich plasma into problematic areas activates cell functioning in the connective tissues, and triggers the biologic mechanism of natural skin rejuvenation.
This method is a progressive development in aesthetic medicine, being actively used at leading international clinics.
The procedure is based on the activation mechanism of the body’s own connective tissue cells through a patient’s own plasma. After the procedure, these cells that are located deep in the dermis start to synthesize collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, which are responsible for skin smoothness and firmness.
• Signs of skin ageing (decreased elasticity, wrinkles)
• Decreased skin turgor
• Dry and scaly skin
• Tired, weakened, “grey” and pigmented skin
• Skin rehabilitation after pealing (laser and chemical pealing)
• Inflammation of fat glands (acne)
• Allergic skin reactions caused by medicines, sunbathing, vitamin mesotherapy or other reasons.
• With intradermal injections (filling deep wrinkles in the same way as with hyaluronic acid)
• In classic mesotherapy
• With mesotherapy “nappage” method
• With “Cellular” mask
Treatment is performed in the face, neck, chest, arms, belly, hips and legs.
The procedure results in the natural rejuvenation of the skin:
• Increased firmness of the skin;
• Removal of bruises under the eyes;
• Removal of creases and wrinkles, including “net-like” wrinkles;
• Slow-down of skin ageing;
• Restoration of a healthy, even and shiny face tone;
• Decrease of allergic reactions and skin irritation.
Positive changes in the skin are noticeable beginning from the first treatment. However, to achieve smooth, whitened skin it is recommended to have a full course of procedures, the number of which will be determined by the physician on an individual basis.
The effect of the treatment depends on skin condition, the patient’s age and other factors, but usually the result lasts for around 1 to 1.5 years.
Many men and women of various age suffer from intensive thinning and hair loss (alopecia). Causes of hair loss, baldness are different – a genetic predisposition, physical stress, psycho-emotional stress and transferred infection, unhealthy eating habits, chronic lack of complete protein in the diet. As a result of these reasons can be extended phase of hair follicles withering to 5-6 months its subsequent fallout. Gradually, this problem is exacerbated – is a violation of the processes of cell division of hair, the metabolic processes in the hair follicles, often develops neurogenic inflammation. Hair becomes thinner and lighter, hair volume is significantly reduced.
Autoplasma allows this problem to be solved – not only to stop hair loss but also to restart the growth of new hair. The introduction of platelet rich plasma in the zone thinning or hair loss stimulates the “reset” of the growth cycle of hair follicles.
Clinical studies have shown that platelet-rich plasma “awaken” the dormant hair follicle stem cells, which give birth to new, fit body cells.
As a result of the treatment, hair loss stops, and hair growth and structure are restored. Hair follicles enter the regeneration and growth stage. The function of sweat and fat glands in the head skin return to normal. The inhibition of skin bacteria and fungi is enhanced. Hair becomes thicker and glossier. Hair structure and health are restored.
The use of plasma injections helps stop hair loss from the first procedure. In certain cases, it is necessary to repeat the procedure – the number of procedures is determined by the physician for each individual.
Plasma therapy cannot be used in the following conditions:
• severe disorders of internal organs;
• virus hepatitis;
• diabetes mellitus;
• systemic blood disorders;
• pregnancy;
• immunodeficiency disorders;
• mental disorders.
At our clinic, plasma injection procedures are performed only with plasma from a patient’s own blood (autologous blood), which is collected right before the procedure.
The plasma preparation process is simple and safe. Blood is taken from a patient’s vein and collected in a small container, which is centrifuged for 5-10 minutes to separate red blood cells and plasma.
Then the plasma (pure or mixed with other components – according to the physician’s recommendations and the patient’s choice) is immediately re-infused into the problematic areas of the body according to a particular scheme.
All stages of the procedure (blood sampling, preparation of plasma injection) is carried out using equipment and products company REGEN LAB® – Swiss biotech lab, a leader in the field of regenerative medicine.
• Use of anticoagulants must stop 2-3 days before the procedure.
• 1 day prior to the procedure, it is required to abstain from alcohol, fat and fried food, as well as food with high preservative content.
• 4 hours before the procedure, it is required to abstain from eating and to only drink large amounts of fluid.
All treatments are performed by our clinic’s experienced physicians.
