1. CO2Re light – for treatment of small uneven skin areas, enlarged skin pores and wrinkles; fractional skin surface resurfacing is carried out by causing effect of laser peeling.
2. CO2Re mid – for the correction of more pronounced skin effects. To make fraction laser impact more intense, rays are sent deeper into skin, thus stimulating additional synthesis of collagen and the resurfacing of damaged or aged tissues of the mid-layer. Deeper acne scars and hollows, deeper wrinkles around eyes, lips, on chins and forehead and other places are corrected.
3. CO2Re deep – for ageing, sagging skin, pronounced wrinkles, acne, surgical, burn and other scars, as well as for stretch marks. Deep skin layers are restored, new and qualitative collagen is synthesized.

WHEN SHOULD YOU CARRY OUT FRACTIONAL SKIN RESURFACING?

In order to resurface the skin, it is perfect to start from the age of 30 year or according to the amount of wrinkles, for example, around the eyes, on the cheeks or other areas, in the case of non-smooth skin color, pigmentation, scars, uneven skin surface, skin flexibility and other deficiencies. It is a great way to resurface skin and keep it young and even. Post treatment period is also very short.

HOW IS FRACTIONAL SKIN RESURFACING TREATMENT CARRIED OUT?

Before treatment, local anaesthesia is applied on the skin. After 30-40 minutes, protective goggles are fitted on patient; an applicator is applied to the skin, the skin is scanned and the correct CO2Re fractional skin resurfacing parameters are prepared. A laser beam is focused and resurfacing treatment starts. The treatment lasts 30 minutes.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS ARE NECESSARY?

The number of treatments depends on the skin problems. In order to carry out skin resurfacing, one to three treatments may be necessary, but, in order to even wrinkles and scars – three to five. Efficient results can be seen after the first CO2Re fractional skin resurfacing treatment, which often is also sufficient. Pigmentation spots disappear immediately after the treatment; correction of skin occurs as a result of the formation of new collagen stimulated by the laser; the skin gradually obtains a lighter and smoother appearance. HOW WILL SKIN LOOK AFTER THE TREATMENT?

A few hours after the treatment, you will have a similar sensation to after sunbathing. Some after the treatment, your skin will start to regenerate and the top layer of skin will peel off, just like after an exfoliation. This is a natural skin resurfacing process that can take 7-10 days. Your doctor will explain how to care for your skin at home after the treatment. The skin will need to be moisturised and applied with a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

FRACTIONAL CO2 LASER REJUVENATION OF THE SKIN COMBINED WITH PLASMA LIFT (PRP)

Another successful rejuvenation technique is successfully used in our clinic – a combination of fractional rejuvenation with plasma lift (PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma).

In such case, these procedures is carried out right after each other – after laser therapy, platelet-rich plasma made from the patient’s own blood is injected into the skin.
