What happens during CoolTech cryolipolysis treatment

The average treatment duration is about 70 minutes, including initial controlled cooling of the treated area of the body (temperature drops to -8 ºC within 60 minutes of the treatment session) and final controlled warming at the end.

After freezing, the fat cells are no longer stable, and the body begins to undergo the process of apoptosis – the fat cells are disintegrated and removed from the body, thereby stimulating the reduction of the fat fold.

The eliminated fat cells are excreted from the body by metabolism.

The course of treatment varies depending on the type of patient and treatment areas – it can be from 1 to 4 sessions per area with an interval of 6 to 8 weeks. Results are usually visible after 8 weeks from the first treatment.

• Colds;

• Immunosuppressive conditions (AIDS) and the use of immunosuppressive drugs;
• Treatment with corticosteroids;
• Altered vascular circulation in the treatment area (varicose veins, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis);
• Skin sensitivity disorders or neuropathy;
• Wounds or active dermatological lesions in the area of treatment;
• Infectious diseases;
• Malignant pathologies;
• Mental disorders (food, somatic, etc.).

Post-procedure care after cryolipolysis procedure

The patient is advised to drink plenty of water to cleanse the body and speed up metabolic processes after treatment.

It is also advised to avoid certain foods, such as fatty foods, again to help the body cleanse and recover during the treatment period and achieve better results.

And, of course, a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and exercise as part of the treatment program will help you get and consolidate the maximum effect of the procedure.

How long does the effect last after the cryolipolysis treatment?

The results of the cryolipolysis procedure, as a rule, become visible after 8 weeks from the date of treatment.
Most people can expect to lose 20% fat in the treated area in a single treatment session, and in some cases even up to 40-45% fat loss after the first treatment.

For optimal results, a program of 2-4 treatment sessions is usually recommended.
Provided you follow the diet and lifestyle, the results should be permanent. Weight gain or hormonal changes can affect long-term results.
