Dear Customer!
For confirmation of your reserved appointment, please make a prepayment within 24 hours from the moment it was sent to you.
In accordance with the procedures for making clinic appointments:
- If you transfer the appointment to another time not less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment, the prepayment will be carried forward to the relevant new time of appointment;
- If you do not show up for the time of the appointment and/or cancel/request that the planned visit be postponed less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment, the prepayment will be withheld at 100%;
- If the service is not provided because of the clinic, you will be reimbursed 100%.
