Biography
Dr. Evgenija Hmelnicka is a certified dermatovenerologist who combines expertise in both clinical dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions — from inflammatory and allergic dermatoses to dermato-oncological cases — with special attention to maintaining a balance between skin health and aesthetics.
In addition to her dermatological practice, Dr. Hmeļņicka is actively involved in aesthetic medicine, performing injection treatments, botulinum therapy, biorevitalization, PRP, as well as advanced hardware-based skin rejuvenation and quality improvement procedures. Her approach is founded on the principles of naturalness, harmony, and medical precision.
Dr. Hmeļņicka practices at Era Esthetic clinic and lectures in dermatology at P. Stradiņš Medical College, sharing her professional experience with future specialists.
She is a member of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, the Latvian Association of Dermatovenereologists, and the Aesthetic Medicine Association of Latvia.
