Patient Appointment Booking Policy

Dear patients,
You can make an appointment at ERA ESTHETIC clinics as follows:

  1. Call the clinic's single information phone:
    In Riga: +371 25711117,
    in Jurmala: +371 20511113.
    Calling by phone, we will be able to find the most convenient appointment time for you faster.
  2. by sending an application from our website www.eraesthetic.lv.
    After your application, we will contact you and offer you possible appointment times.
  3. by registering on site at the clinic reception:
  • Riga, Kr. Valdemāra Street 41,
  • Jurmala, Jūras Street 23/25 (Baltic Beach Hotel & SPA, 2nd floor of the SPA center).

Patients are registered and accepted at our clinics according to our working hours:

  • Riga: I-V: 8.00-20.00 | VI: 9.00-17.00
  • Jurmala: I-V: 9.00-19.00 | VI-VII: 10.00-17.00

The day before the visit, you will receive a text message with a reminder about the visit. Please respond with YES or NO (no additional text is required, this will prevent automatic processing of the message) to confirm the visit or cancel it if necessary.

Please note before visiting the clinic:
-please arrive at the clinic on time to have time to prepare documents, as well as for a full consultation and procedure;
-you must present an identity document at the clinic;
-when making an appointment with a dermatologist, gynecologist or surgeon, please bring with you all the results of previous examinations and tests, if available;
-minor patients must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, presenting a document confirming the right to represent the interests of the child (patient). Parents must present the child's birth certificate, which indicates the parent's name, or parent`s passport with note about the child. Other persons (sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather and other relatives) must present a notarized power of attorney to represent the child's legal rights and interests.

Important!
If your plans have changed and you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that other patients can attend to treatment or consultation with clinic specialist.

Advance Payment Policy in Case of Repeated No-Shows

To ensure service availability and efficient scheduling, ERA ESTHETIC clinics reserve the right to request full or partial advance payment from patients prior to receiving services in the following cases:

• If a patient has failed to attend an appointment and/or has cancelled a scheduled visit less than 24 hours in advance on two or more occasions, an advance payment is required for any service or specialist visit:
– For services valued up to €200.00 – 100% prepayment is required;
– For services valued at €200.01 or more – a prepayment of €200.00 is required.

The amount of the prepayment will be specified after the service request is received and must be paid within 2 working days from the date the invoice or payment link is sent to the patient's indicated email address and/or other contact method. If the scheduled appointment is in less than 5 days, the payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the appointment time.

The prepayment is considered completed once the funds are received in the ERA ESTHETIC clinic’s bank account or at the reception desk. Payment confirmations are processed once per day.

If the prepayment is not received within the given timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled and the patient will receive a notification via the provided email and/or other contact method.

Use, Refund and Retention of Advance Payments

  1. If the service is received, the prepayment will be fully applied toward the total cost of the service.

  2. In case of appointment cancellation:
    – If the patient reschedules at least 24 hours before the appointment time, the prepayment will be transferred to the new appointment time;
    – If the patient fails to attend or cancels/reschedules less than 24 hours in advance – 100% of the prepayment will be retained;
    – If the service is not provided due to the clinic’s fault – 100% of the prepayment will be refunded to the patient.

According to this policy, the non-refundable portion of the prepayment is retained as compensation for the patient’s failure to meet obligations, for the reservation of services, and for the idle time of the clinic’s premises and specialists.

Any remaining funds (if applicable) after the deductions specified in this policy will be refunded within 14 days from the moment the appointment cancellation notice is received, to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

This policy is binding for all patients who wish to book services and specialist appointments at ERA ESTHETIC clinics. By scheduling an appointment, the patient is considered to have read and accepted this policy, including the terms of prepayment and its use.

ERA ESTHETIC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, by publishing the changes on the ERA ESTHETIC website. Any changes take effect upon publication and do not affect previously confirmed appointments.
