Collagen plays a key role in skin regeneration by improving its structure and promoting a more pronounced lifting effect. It is recommended to take collagen for at least one month after the procedure to support collagen synthesis in the skin and speed up the healing process.

Amino acids (especially BCAAs such as leucine, isoleucine, and valine) help reduce inflammation and maintain tissue tone, which helps to keep the skin firm after the procedure. It is advisable to start taking amino acids a week before the procedure and continue for at least one month afterward to achieve maximum benefit.
